Dr. Davis McAlister served in the U.S. Army as a human intelligence specialist before attending Mississippi State University to earn his first Bachelor of Science degree. He earned both his Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in anatomy degrees from Parker University. He holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Sul Ross State University and Strength and Human Performance from Parker University. His experience as a veteran, college athlete, high school coach, strength and conditioning coach, and powerlifting coach, combined with his 18 years of clinical experience, brings a unique perspective to his care for athletes, veterans, and patients. Dr. McAlister trains other professionals in sports performance, sports injury, and rehabilitation, both nationally and internationally, and provides care for high school, college, and professional athletes with backgrounds in football, baseball, volleyball, powerlifting, basketball, pro rodeo, track and field, and golf. Dr. McAlister holds certifications in functional movement, adaptive training, acupuncture, rehab to performance, clinical concussion, taping, strength and conditioning, and coaching.
